The director gives kind and professional consultations, but even though it was a weekday morning, the consultation took an hour and a half, and I got so fed up with the extremely long wait that all desire to have surgery disappeared. The Chinese I could hear from the front, back, and sides was also way too loud, and parking wasn't available either. I understand the director is busy, but what kind of situation is it for a consultation manager who only needs to answer price questions to make me wait for 40 minutes??
