As you can see from the before-surgery photos lol My nose was obviously small and low, but this time, at the clinic, I used a custom implant and even autologous costal cartilage to make a nose with a clear presence Honestly, it wasn’t just low, it was also short, so my philtrum looked long and overall my face looked somehow unbalanced, but just getting my nose done makes my face look slimmer and my features look more refined.. haha Now I guess I’m someone with nose surgery experience too lol I totally understand a hundred times over why people get nose surgery
