At first it was a partial incision, but this time I had it done with a full incision. Since I wasn’t satisfied with the result of the epicanthoplasty, I wanted to make that part definite this time. Before surgery, my right eye had already loosened a lot, and my left eye still had the double-eyelid line intact. The balance was off, and since I’m bad with makeup, I couldn’t cover it. My eyelashes drooped downward, so I thought the meaning of having double eyelids had become a bit faint. When I drew eyeliner, I had to draw it extremely thick as if I had monolids, and curling my lashes felt pointless too... It had been more than 10 years since I had it done, so I thought it was time to do it again. I found out about the clinic on Instagram. It was a place that only advertised nose revision surgery, so at first I went thinking I might even get a consultation for my nose, but I got scared, so I changed the plan midway and decided to do only my eyes. I had the surgery during this holiday. My eyes are definitely clearer than before, and although they feel a little unfamiliar now, I’m hoping they’ll look natural as time passes. For my left eye, while removing the stitches, it opened up because of a scab, so I’m still waiting for it to heal. They treated that part quickly too I’m going to have it removed this Saturday.
