Do I need revision surgery? ㅜㅜ - photo removed

About 10 years ago, I had non-incisional buried-suture double eyelid surgery, but my eyes became droopy and small, so on September 21 I had revision surgery with incision + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty. While doing the incision, they also removed the sagging skin.. But.. Even now, the scars remain that much (the photo is very recent... I was too upset to take old photos.) Because of the scars, the double-eyelid line also looks bumpy.. I really like the line on the right side. I asked for an outfold, but the left side seems like it will become an infold.. and the right side is a slight outfold. The epicanthoplasty scars are still that visible, so I keep getting injections... I'm worried whether they will disappear.. The doctor says they will.. I'm not sure... I'm worried.. And when I open my eyes straight, even though it's an outfold, the double eyelid tucks right into the eyelid... It gets worse at night too.. The photo in the second-to-last row shows the line when I raise my eyebrows.. The line looks okay then, right? ^^ And the very last one is before surgery.. When I slightly lift the drooping skin at home, the line looks pretty. Do I need to lift that sagging skin? Also, I think it looks even more like that because the line gets narrower toward the outer end of the eye than the front part.. If I ask them to correct that part, would they do it?? Ah.. really.. I didn't get surgery to end up like this.. I wanted bigger, clearer eyes.... Every day, whenever I see the line going inside my eyelid, it's stressful...
