I went to 3 consultations yesterday It’s my first nose surgery, and I want a clearly defined but natural-glam look, so I said I was okay with using donated costal cartilage. All 3 places took CT scans. 1. ㄹㄹ - Based on the CT, the clinic said it can be done without donated costal cartilage. (mid-3 million KRW) 2,3. ㅇㅇㅇ & ㅁㅎ - Based on the CT, my septal cartilage is short, so donated costal cartilage absolutely has to be used (4-5 million KRW) Looking at the results, considering the price too, the place that says it’s possible with just septal cartilage and cartilage seems better, right? But two places said it can’t be done because it’s short, so is it really okay without it? What is correct.. Please give me your opinions.. I don’t want revision surgery 1. ㄹㄹ(ㅏㅏ) - septal cartilage, ear cartilage + hump, nasolabial angle, nasal tip, mid-3 million KRW 2. ㅇㅇㅇ(ㅏㅜㅓ) - donated costal cartilage for nasal tip + hump, bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, mid-4 million KRW 3. ㅁㅎ(ㅣㅗ) - septal cartilage, ear cartilage, dermis + hump, bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, nasolabial angle, low-5 million KRW Experts who know noses well, please recommend
