I didn’t want to use silicone for my nasal bridge, so I kept looking for information and happened to see something on YouTube. I saw a video where they crushed autologous costal cartilage and shaped it like silicone to use it. The name of that surgery is called Rib Fit, so I searched it and even went for an in-person consultation, but it was more... disappointing than I expected, so I’m debating whether to have surgery.
