Even though it was a weekday, there were really a lot of people. There was some waiting, but I didn’t wait as long as I expected. While waiting and looking through the surgery review booklet on the table, I was able to consult with the director pretty quickly. Since there were many people, I thought the consultation might be rushed, but they listened well to my questions for a long time and tried to examine me carefully, so I was grateful Later, when I had a separate additional consultation with the consultant, she was also very kind and explained the extra details clearly so I could understand.
