Injection to reduce swelling?

I had surgery with a single-knot double-eyelid procedure a week ago... The bruising~~ the swelling is really no joke... I called the hospital today to ask, and they told me to come in and have a look... I asked, and they said there’s also an injection to reduce swelling, so I asked about the price... It’s in the 10,000-won range, so it’s cheap, and I’m thinking of getting one shot and going~~ But... if I get this injection, will the swelling really go down? Maybe because they used dissolvable thread, the swelling really is not going down... It feels like the swelling is even worse than for people who had an incision~~ I have to go to my in-laws’ next week too... I really don’t want anyone to see my face like this... I haven’t even told them I had surgery yet. I’ll post another update after I get one good shot and see if the swelling really goes down smoothly~~~
