It’s my first surgery, and I was surprised because the price came out higher than I expected. The doctor seems kind, and the price is much more burdensome than other places. There was almost no wait time, and the consultant was kind. But they didn’t really talk about the columella and nasolabial angle, so I’ll have to ask before surgery. I’m getting custom silicone, short-nose correction, and osteotomy, but I also wonder if I should have thought about it a bit more before deciding.
