For my first surgery, when I was 18, I rushed into it and had ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and 3.5 mm silicone. Within a week, the nasal tip dropped, so I got an after-service revision, but the nasal tip dropped again. One year later, at the same place, I had a closed after-service revision, but the nasal tip dropped again and a hump developed. Functionally, I have no problems. But starting two days ago, the bridge of my nose feels tight and like there is pressure… I’m only 20 now, so please recommend a hospital that can do a revision safely, in a natural-yet-defined way, with no risk of contracture. I’ll compensate you. Please. My current nose is too blunt and looks like I didn’t even get anything done Preferably a place specializing in autologous costal cartilage Do you recommend removing the silicone…
