I already had nose surgery with Gore-Tex and Medpor, but the tip of my nose stands out a bit.. I don't want to go under the knife again.. So I'm thinking about fat grafting to make it stand out less. At clinics that specialize in noses, they don't recommend it, but at clinics that specialize in fat grafting, they say these days it's done quite often... and that if the silicone line or Gore line shows, there are a lot of people who get fat grafting on top of it... that's what they say???!! Of course... I want to believe that the fat from fat grafting doesn't disappear completely... And I want to believe that a lot of people do it like that too... I guess I have to face reality.. Anyone who had nose surgery.... do you know a lot of people around you who did something like that???????;;;;;;; Please share your experiences..
