<Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery>It’s now been about two months since I got my rhinoplasty at the clinic Every day, when I look in the mirror, I mutter to myself, “Yeah, this really turned out well” lol Originally, I had a severe hump and my nasal tip was blunt, so my nickname was even Moai statue But it turned out refined, exactly in the shape I wanted. It looks sophisticated, which is seriously amazing lol I originally wanted to use septal cartilage, but the director first explained the characteristics of each material Septal cartilage is good for creating a natural look, but when my nose was checked by CT, it was a bit small, so he said it might be difficult to raise the height as much as I wanted Donated costal cartilage is firm, so it’s good when building a more dramatic bridge, but it may be absorbed or cause inflammation.. Autologous costal cartilage can leave a scar, but I felt a bit uneasy about using someone else’s cartilage, so I went with autologous costal cartilage What was really different here was that they gave me the choice of materials, and the director really respected my opinion Other hospitals just kept saying I had to use this or that was not possible Anyway, it really turned out so well. What I like most right now is that my nostril sizes have been evened out.. They used to be uneven, so it bothered me so much. It looked like someone had warped them in Photoshop.. The hump is completely gone, as if I never had a hump at all.. I think I just need a little more swelling to go down now, but even now, the line came out high, defined, and pretty, so I’m completely satisfied. I guess it’s famous for a reason, this clinic.. Actually, my friend had it done here about a year ago, and the nose that settled around three to four months has stayed well maintained, so I’m looking forward to mine too. After just another month or two, all the residual swelling should go down and it’ll look so pretty
