I heard the explanation during the consultation, but I do not really know where the septal cartilage went or how it was built up ㅜㅜ I really like noses like Sung Yu-ri's or Han Ga-in's. I like a high nasal tip, so I asked the director to make the tip high. When I came home and looked in the mirror, my nose looked very upturned, but I had also read things in a community, so I thought it would come down later. Then 5 days later, after getting the cast removed and the taping taken off, I came home, looked in the mirror that evening, and it was not the bridge where the silicone was. Only the left side at the osteotomy site was red and swollen, like a mosquito bite. So at that time, I was really foolish and knew nothing, and thought, Oh, did a mosquito bite me? Why would there be a mosquito in winter? I brushed it off as nothing, but the next morning when I woke up, that area was a little more swollen. I just let it pass that day too. But the next day, the swelling became really severe, and even my eye was terribly swollen. It became completely hard, it hurt when I touched it, and when I looked in the mirror I looked like a monster. I went straight to the hospital and talked with the director. He said it seemed like inflammation, but he was not sure; it could simply be blood collected there, so first they would drain it, and if that still did not work, the implant would need to be removed and revision surgery done. That afternoon, I immediately had a procedure to draw out blood with something like suction? The director said there had been blood and pus, and that he had drained it for now. He said if the swelling still did not subside, we should remove the implant. The nurse also prepared medication for me, telling me to take the medicine properly. So maybe because I really did take the medicine properly, the swelling went down quickly. But the hard thing inside was still there. After that, when I had the stitches removed and went for follow-up too, he said the hard thing would disappear in a month or two, but it is still there now ㅜㅜ and scar tissue has formed too. The director said it is just my own flesh.. It appeared after the surgery, is only on the left side, and it really is scar tissue. Then I was doing fine, but about one month after my nose surgery, my nose got bumped. It was not a hard impact. But maybe it is just in my head, but I feel like the nasal tip cartilage became strange... Since then, whenever I touch my nose, I keep feeling like the silicone is cut off and the cartilage is sticking out and can be felt ㅜㅜ Also, the feeling when I touch the nasal tip from the left side is different from when I touch it from the right side. When I touch it from the left, it feels like the cartilage is about to pierce through the nasal tip, and when I touch it from the right, I mostly just feel flesh. And they say the nasal tip keeps coming down as time passes, but after my nasal tip got bumped, my nasal tip became more upturned. This is really not just in my head. It really became more upturned. Why is this happening? The cartilage should be lower down, but I think something went wrong and it moved upward, seriously.. Before, I had never heard that my nose looked upturned, but these days my friends tell me my nose looks upturned ㅠㅠ My right-side profile and left-side profile are different.. The bridge is the same, but the nasal tip looks different. It looks more upturned when viewed from the right side. I was just putting up with it and thinking about going to Seoul later for revision surgery, but waiting until then is hard, and I am so stressed right now. I want to at least revise just the nasal tip as soon as possible. I have to go back to that hospital in about 1.5 to 2 months for a second round of fat grafting, so at that time I want to ask the director to touch my nasal tip and redo it, but I am timid, so I do not know what to say.. It is definitely true that my nasal tip became more upturned, but I do not know how to prove that to the director. Would the director be able to tell just by touching it? What if he says this is normal? Could I have it done for free? And is it okay to do revision surgery only on the nasal tip before 6 months have passed? And scar tissue...ㅜㅜ is there nothing that can be done about it..
