I decided to get nose surgery because I was concerned about my protruding mouth and low nasal bridge, and after consulting with the director, we used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, septal cartilage, and a custom implant for the nasal bridge. Director Kim Da-alm explained the limitations of my nose and the surgical method in detail, thought it through with me, and designed a straight, slightly curved nose that would suit my face. I liked the system that allowed me to preview my expected nose shape in advance. I was grateful that the director examined everything very meticulously and delicately. Even if it was not extremely high, I wanted a natural-looking nose, so with a custom implant, I wanted the most natural straight, slightly curved nose possible within the amount my nose could be raised. I also asked for a nose design that would absolutely not look long, and I like that it was done that way! It looks so natural that people around me really would not notice unless I specifically told them. My nose being small compared with my face had been a complex, so I am satisfied that it has been resolved. After surgery, my recovery was so fast that I had no discomfort anywhere, and I only had very slight bruising. My biggest concern after surgery was that it might look unnatural or obviously cosmetic, but it does not show at all and looks very natural. That is the part I like the most. I am also satisfied that the custom implant reduced my worries about side effects. If you pursue a natural look, I recommend Director Kim Da-alm, who performs surgery safely and meticulously!
