As expected of a hospital famous for eye surgery, there were really a lot of people. I waited an hour just for the consultation manager. She measured the line in several different cases and consulted with me in a slightly neighborhood-older-sister kind of way. After another endless wait, I had a consultation with Director Kim, and even though I asked a lot of questions and he looked tired, he counseled me professionally until the end, so that was good.
