Breast Surgery Reviews

My first review after revision surgery for an extremely difficult nose and extremely difficult breast case

I lived with an L-shaped silicone implant in my nose and Allergan breast implants for several decades, and this time I had revision surgery. I figured I should do them all at once while I was going under, so I looked for hospitals where I could have both my face and breasts done together. Because it was revision surgery, rather than a large hospital, I absolutely wanted to have surgery at a specialized hospital that could handle both face and breast procedures, had a well-established surgical safety system and postoperative care system, and communicated and managed things well even after surgery. My final consultation list had 3 hospitals, and among them, I entrusted my nose and breasts to Director Kang Min-seok (nose) and Director Park Ji-hoon (breast) at Sㅇㅇ, and got on the operating table. I want to write in detail from the consultation onward, but there is a character limit, so I’ll summarize the conclusion first. If you’re curious about anything, leave a private comment. ✔️ Breasts Motiva Full 400, inframammary incision, dual-plane Capsule removal, pocket expansion ✔️ Nose Silicone, donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, ear cartilage For my first breast surgery, I had Allergan 320 cc implants placed, and during the revision surgery, I went up in size. Of course, the capsule was removed, and as I increased the size, the director told me the breast pocket was also recreated. After my first surgery, my breast size was a C cup, but now it comes out to about 65D. It has been about 2 weeks now, and compared with my first surgery, I can clearly feel that my recovery speed is faster, which is surprising.  There was little breast swelling and almost no upper fullness, and that has also come down a lot now. I had lost a lot of confidence because of the feel and shape changes, but now the size is exactly what I wanted, and as for the shape, the director said that once the tissue softens, it will become even more natural and pretty. Even now, it’s pretty enough that I’m very satisfied. For my nose, I had previously had surgery with an L-shaped silicone implant, and it was a typical contracture case where the nasal bridge had become very crooked and the nostrils had become uneven. I had a short nose, crooked nose, and even nostril asymmetry, but after surgery, it was reborn as the glamorous nose I wanted, at an angle that suits me well. Especially the angle from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip to the lips is so pretty. After revision nose surgery, I had no bruising at all, and it’s fair to say there was really almost no swelling... My family was surprised too, saying, “Can recovery really be this fast?” lol I’m originally not the type who handles surgery well. During my first surgery, the swelling and bruising were seriously so bad that I didn’t want to have surgery ever again... From what I heard, the shorter the surgery time and the less bleeding there is, the faster the recovery is supposed to be~ I’m just so grateful to the directors. Because it was revision surgery, I had a lot of worries, but I’m relieved and reassured because I think the surgery went really well.
