Lower Blepharoplasty Review

<Before surgery><1 month after surgery> I was somehow scared of surgery, so I put it off for a while, then finally made up my mind and personally visited 8 hospitals on the plastic surgery street in Seomyeon My criteria for choosing a hospital were clear A hospital that specializes only in eyes, or a hospital that is also good at rhinoplasty and therefore has delicate hand skills The doctor had to be in their 40s to 50s, experienced, and have a good touch For a 55-year-old woman like me, with almost no under-eye fat and a deeply hollowed area, they recommended fat grafting together with lateral canthal fixation. But at J-O, they said it could be done without fat grafting, and also told me that, with my current degree of sagging, lateral canthal fixation was not really necessary. To be honest, there were two places I was considering until the very end. A hospital with a doctor in his early 40s who is good at rhinoplasty and has also done many lower blepharoplasties (J-O - Dr. Cho Hyun-jong) And another hospital under similar conditions, with a doctor around 55 years old (he did not recommend lateral canthal fixation, but said fat grafting would be good) Strangely, the hospitals that were “eye-only specialists” ended up being excluded at the end haha How does it look to you? People around me say it looks natural and still keeps my own image, but that the under-eye wrinkles and hollowness improved, making me look younger They say doctors who are good at rhinoplasty (high to extremely high difficulty) inevitably have very fine hand skills. Since the nose is such a narrow field of view, and even a slight angle difference can change the result, I think the delicacy from working on noses is reflected in other surgeries as well I was even more cautious because lower blepharoplasty is more difficult than double eyelid surgery (they say it is around moderate to moderately high difficulty) I heard lateral canthal fixation is a surgery that can also be done separately later if the eyes sag a lot They say under-eye fat grafting is good to do together with lower blepharoplasty, but it can also be done separately later with a cannula On the other hand, lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning can be revised, but because adhesions are severe, it is difficult (not enough material to work with lol), so they say it is best to decide carefully from the beginning In conclusion — my under-eye area improved naturally, without straying from my original image, while definitely making me look younger. If anyone is considering surgery, make sure to get a consultation here too Like 0 Sympathy emoticon Translating Would you like to save this review? +0 This review is a surgery review that pursues natural beauty.
