Review after 3 types of facial contouring

Hello! I finally had the facial contouring surgery I’d been planning, and today I’m at 2 weeks post-op and even had my stitches removed. From the start, I didn’t go around consulting at multiple clinics; I decided on the first clinic I visited. The reason was that they placed the most importance on safety, and I really wanted to have it done at a single-doctor clinic, so I trusted them and decided without much hesitation! I’ll post the review notes I had written down after surgery. Same day, Monday No voice came out at all, and my throat hurt much more than anywhere else. Kept coughing up phlegm and spitting out phlegm. I was scared to cough. My throat wasn’t particularly dry because drinking water made me cough more. + Day 1, Tuesday The surgical areas felt tingly, and basically my whole head hurt. My throat hurt too. Bloody phlegm and nosebleeds kept coming out. My voice didn’t come out at all. 30-minute walk. Barely forced down porridge and soy milk. + Day 2, Wednesday Woke up because of throat pain. Since I slept sitting up, my shoulders and neck hurt a lot. Nosebleeds kept coming out, and almost no blood came from my throat. At night, a very large, hard lump of phlegm came out. I could talk when I took off the compression band. There was a lot of swelling inside my mouth. Dry cough from nighttime. 2-hour walk. Soy milk, soup, ice cream. + Day 3, Thursday Woke up with almost no throat pain. After showering, I felt better. The swelling seemed to stay about the same. Eating porridge became much easier. The dizziness when walking also improved. The swelling inside my mouth improved a lot. Nosebleeds continued. Yogurt, blended porridge, ice cream. 2-hour walk. + Day 4, Friday I think the swelling was at its peak. My lips were extremely swollen. Dry cough. Not much nosebleed. Felt like I had a cold with body aches. I was so hungry that my stamina dropped. Ate Chapagetti softened with water. Wearing the compression band became a bit more comfortable. Bruising started to show. Skipped walking. + Day 5, Saturday Yesterday wasn’t the peak. Today was truly the peak. My lips didn’t feel like my own lips. Had a slight dry cough. No nosebleed at all. Bruising around the eyes and on the jaw. Slept at a slightly more reclined angle. 2-hour walk. + Day 6, Sunday The swelling went down a lot compared to yesterday. No additional bruising. Could slightly slurp noodles. Chin tip? Tightness in the teeth + pulling sensation. No nosebleed, but still had a little residue + runny nose + phlegm. 2-hour walk. + Day 7, Monday The swelling went down noticeably. No bruising. No pain elsewhere, but the chin tip and tooth-tightening sensation continued. Almost no runny nose or phlegm. 2-hour walk. After one week, it became much more bearable, so I didn’t write a detailed review separately. Except for once a week, I always walked for 2 hours, and I did foot baths for 1 hour each time. For the first week, I slept sitting up! The hardest things during the first week were the throat pain right after surgery, the pain while wearing the compression band, and having no strength because I was hungry. Now, at week 2, the most uncomfortable things are tightness at the chin tip, feeling anxious because the swelling is going down unevenly, and occasionally my right cheekbone feels blocked and makes sounds. (They told me about this in advance and said it would gradually improve!) Now the swelling has gone down so much that eve~~ryone says I really don’t have much swelling. The lower face area is still hard and very swollen, so it looks rounder than before surgery, but since my cheekbones were such a big concern for me, I’m satisfied even with my chin like this now that the cheekbones have been reduced. For food, for 2 weeks I only ate non-spicy ramen types (Cococ Spaghetti, Chapagetti, Sari Gomtang, etc.), porridge, soup, soy milk, and cake. Starting today, I tried eating rice and made tuna mayo rice bowl for myself! I had surgery at Apgujeong Noh Jong Hoon Plastic Surgery Clinic :)
