Ah seriously, please retrain the staff here. Even before going, I saw a lot of complaints about the staff, so I wondered if they were really that bad, and they seriously are. I thought I had come to some factory-style dermatology clinic. And people say the director is honest, but it feels like rudeness is being packaged as honesty. They say he is humorous, but that depends on how the patient takes it, and shouldn't that be done after considering the patient's personality? I know he has strong pride when it comes to nose surgery, but I wish he would be a bit more humble. And the consultation manager too, does it make sense for the price to differ by over 1.3 million won if you don't book on the same day? Why do you keep trying to get into a power struggle with customers.. Do you really want to do that even while putting down other hospitals?
