This is a bit late, but I’m posting my review of revision dual canthoplasty. The revision surgery date was around September 2024, and time has already passed like this. I was satisfied after the first surgery too, but I decided to have a second one for a more definite dual canthoplasty, and without wanting to choose another clinic, I had it done at the same clinic. As expected, I liked that the director gave a responsible consultation, saying that my eyes could definitely be improved and explaining to what extent it would be possible. I’m very satisfied now. Rather, because I didn’t get greedy and did it little by little, people around me didn’t notice, and it was able to give my appearance a natural change, so I don’t regret pushing through with two surgeries. This is an extremely personal opinion, but if the outer and lower corners are very closed off, or if the eyes fill back in quickly, unless you have surgery excessively, I think multiple rounds of dual canthoplasty are necessary.
