A surgery I received years ago through an event in exchange for providing photos. I only projected the nasal tip using septal cartilage, and it definitely looks better after doing it. But the septal cartilage inside the nose became slightly crumpled, so the nasal tip bent a bit, the end point shows whitish through the skin on the side it bent toward, and that part is sharper than I expected. So the rounded nasal tip was improved, but unexpected discomfort appeared, so I took off two stars I hope the inside can be straightened again and the nasal tip can become just slightly rounded...
