Just like the title says, I had closed rhinoplasty, but my columella has come down like Gargamel, so from the front, even if I lower my head just a little, my nasal tip looks like Squidward’s witch nose Is there anyone here like me? I’m wondering if this gets better once the swelling goes down, or if I should just have everything removed Also, inside my nose, a scar looks like it’s protruding, so I asked the desk staff and they said it’s something that naturally happens. Is that true..? If I had known this would happen, I would have just had open surgery If anyone knows even a little bit of information, please share
