2-Month Nose Surgery Review! At first, it felt really awkward, but now that it’s been 2 months, all the swelling seems to be gone and the line seems to have fully settled! I’m satisfied because it doesn’t look so excessive that anyone can tell I had nose surgery, and I feel like it was raised just the right amount~ More than anything, I’m glad I had it done without implants, so I don’t have to worry about silicone in the future. Other places recommended silicone or artificial dermis, but I think I made the right choice by going implant-free.. If you don’t want an extremely sharp, high nose, I recommend implant-free surgery! As for the columella scar, I kept applying scar ointment consistently, so now only a little redness remains and it isn’t noticeable
