The director checked things carefully while shaping my nose, and honestly, I had been a bit hesitant because of the word osteotomy, but they said the step-off wasn’t that severe and that I probably wouldn’t need an osteotomy, so that was a relief. The director seemed to have confidence? about noses. Something like that. Afterward, I talked with the consultant again, and when I said I’d think about it a little more and contact them (actually because I still had to go to other places), they just said okay and didn’t really pressure me, so it felt clean and straightforward, yep.
