Revision with autologous costal cartilage vs removal

For my first surgery, I had surgery using septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, but as soon as the splint was removed, it was crooked (no silicone was used). I do think my face itself has pretty severe asymmetry. Lately I’ve gone to consultations for revision surgery at several places, and I’ve decided on the place I like. But they have to use autologous costal cartilage, and the cost is in the 9 million won range. The doctor said it could get better than now, but whether I’ll be satisfied with the surgical result is still unknown. It also feels burdensome to have to live with the possible side effects of nose surgery for the rest of my life. These days a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage, but honestly the scarring from autologous costal cartilage differs drastically depending on the doctor’s skill. Among people’s reviews, there aren’t many photo reviews of autologous costal cartilage scars, so I wonder why there aren’t any.. So I want to do a full removal for the nose that looks even more crooked because of the surgery, so that at least the crookedness looks less noticeable, but I’m also worried it will become lower and uglier. I feel like the period when I only had filler in the past wasn’t bad either, and maybe it would be better to remove it for peace of mind and get filler,, I’m rambling on without any order,,, I’m just writing out my concerns here at least. One worry creates another, and it never ends.
