It’s now been almost 6 months since my surgery!! As time passes, it keeps looking more and more natural, and even I find it amazing when I look at myself lol At first, it was fun watching the swelling go down, so I looked in the mirror several times a day, but now it just feels like my original eyes, so it doesn’t feel unfamiliar anymore lol The epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty felt a little unfamiliar at first, you know? But after a month or two, once they settled in, my impression became much more open and softer!! I don’t think I would have gotten this eye shape if I had only done double eyelid surgery lol These days, people at work often say things like, “Why does your face look so much brighter lately?” hehe Maybe because my eyes look defined even when I’m tired, my overall impression seems much clearer! And I really feel the biggest difference when doing makeup lol Before, I had to do eyeliner, curl my lashes, and apply mascara for my eyes to look defined, but now my eyes come alive with just one layer of eyeshadow, so my morning prep time for work has been cut in half lol It’s such a lifesaver The line has also settled naturally, so there’s nothing unnatural even when I close my eyes, and I can’t see any scars or swelling marks at all, so my satisfaction is super high! I’d seen a lot of reviews saying, “With natural adhesion, the line settles gradually, so it looks less awkward,” and now I really understand what that means lol At first I was excited and nervous, but around 3 months, I thought, “Ah! It’s really settled now!” And now that 6 months have passed, it just feels completely like my own eyes lol Natural and comfortable!! I had the surgery done by Director Chu at D-Day, and from consultation to surgery to follow-up checks, they looked after everything carefully, so I was really satisfied:)
