My bridge was sufficient with threads, so I cut the threads in the middle and only had the nasal tip operated on! The bulbous nose improved naturally, and honestly, no one knows I had surgery.. haha. It is definitely different from before, and there is also none of the nostril show that I was most afraid of! Cutting the non-dissolvable thread in the bridge and only doing the nasal tip seems like the perfect move. I think it was the perfect move because I can live without worrying for the rest of my life about side effects like contracture, inflammation, or thinning.
