For nose surgery, if you really want closed rhinoplasty, I recommend this place. I had consultations several times at other safe places, but everyone recommended open surgery, and only here talked about closed surgery. They said there are posts about closed rhinoplasty on the director’s own blog, so I recommend reading them. It felt like they looked at the whole face. They drew the nose look with Photoshop. But I wonder why they are trying to do my nose with a closed approach when what I want to improve can’t be improved with a closed approach.
