My eyes look different after getting canthoplasty for my small, narrow eyes

<Before surgery><After surgery>My eyes have always been very small and narrow, so I had been considering posterior and lower canthoplasty for several years.. After thinking it over, I narrowed it down to a few places and went for consultations. A lot of people around me had also gone there, so I chose a clinic that was the most famous for posterior and lower canthoplasty! Since I was getting canthoplasty anyway, one of my double eyelids had become too thin, so I decided to get that done together. The first director who consulted with me was kind, but I did not feel fully convinced, so I visited again a week later and had a consultation with another director. They said it seemed possible to do it with the surgical method I wanted, and they checked the eyelid line very thoroughly during the consultation. Everyone gets really nervous before surgery, right? They made me feel comfortable and kindly answered all of my many questions, so I scheduled the surgery right away! After surgery, my focus was blurry, and maybe because of the stitches, it hurt so much even when I only moved my eyeballs.. I also developed conjunctival edema, but after the stitches were removed, the conjunctival edema amazingly went down and recovery was fast. For the double eyelid, there was almost no bruising, and I really worked hard with cold compresses to reduce the swelling! The outer corners behind my eyes were short, so my eyes looked stuffy, but now my eyes definitely look bigger and more open, so I am satisfied. I want to try putting makeup on my face once the swelling goes down soon!

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural look.
