Before<Before>After<After>Review at two months after revision lateral and lower canthoplasty
This is my review a little over two months after getting revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic When they said I would have to wait and see until 3 to 6 months after surgery, I wondered when I would ever get through that wait, but it has already been two months and one week since the surgery. At first, I had chemosis, my eyes and face were extremely swollen, and the eyes were widened a lot, so daily life was difficult for over a month. Now I have recovered a lot, so wearing contacts, doing makeup, and meeting people have become comfortable! I don't know if they widened the right side more than the left or if the right side is just recovering more slowly, but the right side is still redder and looks more liftedㅜㅜ The left side has healed a lot. But even now, the redness at the outer corners of my eyes is still quite severe. In bright places or when taking photos, I can definitely feel the redness. At first, my eyes would not close and even smiling looked so unnatural, but now my eyes close to some extent, my smiling eyes look more natural than before, and the aegyo-sal under-eye fullness that had disappeared has come back! For those who worry about this at first, time is the medicine, so I think you do not need to worry too much. I can feel that I am recovering day by day, but I think I still need to keep watching until it becomes completely natural. My outer eye corners used to turn up a lot and I had small, narrow eyes, but now compared with before, the outer corners have definitely come down a lot and my impression seems much softer. My eyes were originally short horizontally and round, so I thought lateral canthoplasty might be difficult, and honestly I am still not sure if they have definitely become longer horizontallyㅜ Still, compared with my previous eyes, I am completely satisfied now! I really recommend it to those considering surgery. You just need to endure the hard beginning and the not-so-pretty immediate post-op look for a little while..!!
