As soon as I entered the hospital, all the front-desk staff stood up from their seats and greeted me. From the basic attitude toward patients, I could clearly feel that it was different from other hospitals. After the CT scan, I had a consultation with the director, and I really felt trust from the director’s sense in consultation and aesthetic eye. The consultation was detailed, and I think the consultation with the director alone lasted more than 30 minutes. They explained each step of the surgery process while looking at the CT images, so it was easy to understand even for someone getting facial contouring surgery for the first time. I asked this and that like a question-mark killer, but they answered everything very kindly, and the director had a style of listening even more closely to what the patient said. They didn’t recommend surgeries that weren’t necessary, and what I liked most was that they suggested surgical methods tailored to the beauty style the patient wanted. The consultation with the consultant afterward was also comfortable and had a good atmosphere. Overall, it felt like the staff communicated well with each other, and the hospital interior was clean. It was a hospital where I liked the overall atmosphere too.
