The consultant who first consulted with me listened to me well and gave me a reasonable price, so I really liked her. But because I live outside Seoul, when I made an appointment for a revisit consultation and came back, they said the consultant who first consulted with me had quit in the meantime, and another consultant came in, so I was flustered;; Then she said everything that person had explained was wrong, and as soon as she came in she asked if the date could be changed. She also said that the schedule was full that day, so I absolutely had to come early, kept asking about other dates, and abruptly spoke very strongly, saying the price guidance seemed wrong and there would absolutely be no additional discount, so I was taken aback. I’m a working person, I don’t live in Seoul, and it was the Chuseok holiday, so the procedure date was important. Since it was different from what I had originally been told, I was conflicted, and the consultant only kept saying that the consultant who quit had explained everything incorrectly and that nothing could be done. Honestly, I was very dissatisfied with the consultation process, so I debated whether to have the surgery. I think there are two consultants, so it would be good to meet the right one. The consultant who consulted with me last on the day of surgery was kind and good! And the counter staff and operating room nurses were all kind, and they removed the stitches without any pain at all, so I was touched! The doctor’s consultation style is really neat, saying only what needs to be said, and there was no pressure to add anything. I had already heard about the doctor’s style from my acquaintance, so I thought it was neat. Rather, it made me trust them. It felt like they would take care of it well on their own haha. From the beginning, I didn’t consult with other clinics and only went to Custom, and since the doctor told me to do incision, I trusted my acquaintance and the doctor and decided on the surgery (a good choice). I’m satisfied! There isn’t much swelling, and I’ll have to watch the progress, but other than the consultation, I like everything.
