I had my first double-eyelid surgery here. It is a factory-style clinic in Busan, and it feels like all the Busan doctors pass through here before going elsewhere..? So I do not know about the doctor (they left and opened their own clinic), but it was decent enough. Mine turned out well. It is an ordinary large hospital, with many people and many directors, so check carefully who is good before you go. I drew well.
