The first double-eyelid surgery looked fine in shape, but it had a pinched look when I closed my eyes. After 5 years, I had a revision. Now the pinched look is better, but one eye’s fixation is so deep that it has become a cross-eyed look. One eye’s mucous membrane is slightly everted, so sometimes it looks fine and sometimes the cross-eyed look appears strongly. If I take a selfie it looks okay, but when someone else takes a photo, the cross-eyed look is much more noticeable I wonder if a third eyelid revision would still be okay. Is there anyone in this community who has done eyelid revision 3+ times like me?

익명 I’m doing the third one too,. I hoped this time would be the last… But there’s one spot in this surgery’s one eye that I’m not happy with, so I have to go back to the hospital. If they say they’ll do a corrective revision, then it becomes the fourth ^^
심콩주님 I only had it because the eyelid kept coming loose, so I’ve had three surgeries total.. In middle school I had one buried-suture procedure, but it loosened. Then in the winter break when moving from grade 2 to grade 3 of high school, I had it done with buried sutures again, and it loosened again;; My mom helped me at that time, so both times were done at the same neighborhood hospital. It was already a re-revision, and later when I became an adult I handled it myself and had another re-revision about 2–3 years ago. Now there’s no loosening, and the line came out even nicer than the first revision. Even though people say double-eyelid surgery is easy, doing it at an unknown/no-reputation clinic is not ideal;; even the third or fourth revision is hard. For reoperations, hospital selection has to be more careful as the number increases, Does anyone know where to check? I once had it done at a well-known high-profile eye hospital famous for revisions and re-revisions, but I haven’t seen another place yet. Just having a consultation helps a lot—especially when the surgeon’s experience is high and they’ve done many kinds of procedures.
