Sausage-eyelid revision surgery - two places I visited for consultations

Today I went to ㅌㅇㅅ and ㅇㅇㅋ. My eyes have sausage eyelids + a high line + lifted eyelashes, and since I had the surgery 15+ years ago, the scarring is old too. At ㅇㅇㅋ, they recommended lowering only the line by 2 mm with a double-line technique + fat repositioning, and said ptosis correction wasn’t needed, so I felt relieved. They said the lifted eyelashes would also improve compared with now. And they said it seems ptosis correction (= eye correction) was done in my previous surgery. I did think the old clinic may have done that without me really knowing. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and the price was higher than I expected. The consultant was nice. ㅌㅇㅅ had a very, very long wait time (I waited an hour and a half), and it was crowded and hectic. The staff were a bit noisy. And what the director recommended was a double-line technique + fat repositioning (fat grafting may be needed later), plus ptosis correction on one side. And they firmly said the lifted eyelashes would not improve. I’d prefer not to have ptosis correction, but as I said above, I may already have had it done in the past, so if it’s necessary I think there’s nothing I can do. But they explained it a little differently from ㅇㅇㅋ, so I don’t know what to do. And I could tell the director was very confident, but it felt a bit too much(?) Maybe not exactly a kind feeling. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, but there was a tentative-reservation discount, and I was surprised because it was much more expensive than ㅇㅇㅋ. The consultant was kind. Has anyone here personally had revision surgery at either of these two places? This will be my third surgery, so I’m really worried.
