The wait was short. However, there is a consultation fee of 5,000 won. Less than 5 minutes after I entered the consultation room, she came in. I had a consultation with a female doctor, and after looking at my eyes, she said I would likely need buried-suture ptosis correction. She said posterior and lower canthoplasty were possible, and while slightly pulling the back of my eye downward, she said, “It’ll look like this,” but she pulled it down so much like a raccoon that I guess my expression must have looked indifferent. In the end, as I was leaving, she apparently told the manager that I seemed like I would be disappointed if I did posterior and lower canthoplasty, so we should leave that out and proceed. Overall, the consultation was short and straightforward. Overall, it didn’t feel like she evaluated it with much aesthetic sense; it felt more like, if you want it, I’ll do it.
