I had a consultation because of my posterior cheekbones. I’m thinking about surgery, and I’m conflicted because there are some reviews saying the effect is minimal. It seems like they would perform the surgery safely and well, but I’m also a bit worried about sagging. If there is less sagging and the effect is definite, I want to do it I should tell them to reduce the posterior cheekbones as much as possible.
