Hello ㅠㅠ I had double-eyelid surgery in 2005 (ptosis correction + full incision + epicanthoplasty) and had nose surgery early last year. Now I’m planning to do lateral canthoplasty for my eyes and facial micro autologous fat grafting to the anterior cheeks + forehead + nose + anterior chin, so I went for consultations at several plastic surgery clinics in Apgujeong. It’s so hard to decide on a clinic ㅠㅠ and I don’t really know what to do or how to do it. There isn’t much vacation left now, so I need to do it quickly... First of all, my face has out-fold double eyelids, and I have some scarring from the epicanthoplasty. My eyes have double eyelids but are on the small side.. so that’s why I’m also considering lateral canthoplasty. They said these days lateral canthoplasty is done together with lowering the outer corners of the eyes, so it doesn’t reattach easily.. I have a lot of flesh on my cheeks, but my anterior cheeks are hollow, so my face looks a bit long. That’s why I’m thinking of fat grafting to the anterior cheeks. Please give me some opinions ㅠㅠ I’m not good at deciding by myself. First, I’ll tell you the consultation reviews from 3 places. 1. Director BSS at DY... The consultation manager was very kind, listened to all my questions, and explained things well.. First, for the lateral canthoplasty, they would do lateral canthoplasty + outer corner lowering together. It was 1.8 million won, but they said they would discount it to 1.6 million won in cash ... They said these days lateral canthoplasty absolutely does not reattach, so not to worry, and that my eyes would show a lot of effect. The director also looked and said my eyes would get much bigger if I did lateral canthoplasty. For fat grafting, they recommended anterior cheeks, forehead, nose (I said even though I had surgery, I wanted it higher overall), and anterior chin. Fat grafting with stem cells was 2.5 million won. They said stem cells engraft well, and I thought it was good because it was very cheap for stem-cell treatment. If I did all this, it would be 4 million won.. ㅠㅠ Also, the nurse seemed to have had fat grafting, and her forehead and cheeks were so pretty ㅠㅠ She was kind, and most of all I liked that the director seemed delicate and had a good sense. But it bothered me a bit that he mainly does breasts.. And second, 2. OS OOB This place........the clinic was very clean and the interior was nice...;; but I only consulted with the consultation manager for about 10 minutes. She was very unfriendly.. I don’t know if she was looking down on me because I’m a college student, but anyway I didn’t feel good. Right off the bat, she said the under-eye S-line doesn’t apply to me. She said that even though I had eye surgery, I still look sleepy and have ptosis, and if I wanted to do it, I should get eye shape correction first and then do the S-line (lateral canthoplasty) again. Other clinics never even mentioned blepharoptosis, so what was that.. I have dry eye, so my eyes sometimes feel irritated and I don’t open them straight, but telling me to correct it just because of that was a bit.. She’s not even a doctor, so it annoyed me that she said that..; So since she said not to do it, I just left right away after 10 minutes. It was extremely unfriendly and not good... And third, 3. OOO This is where I had my nose surgery. Back then I had it with Director OOH, but this time I went to consult with Director OMH. There were so many people that I waited a little over 1 hour;; ㅠ But seeing the director was about 5 minutes?? He seemed to consult with other people for a really long time, but with me he ended it too quickly and kept pressing me, asking if I had any questions, so I came out without being able to ask everything... Here, they said my eyes were good for lateral canthoplasty and recommended some premium lateral canthoplasty. For fat grafting, with regular fat (not stem cells), between the eyebrows/upper forehead, anterior cheeks, and receding chin was 1.5 million won, and lateral canthoplasty was 1.6 million won, so they asked for 3 million won. But after a discount, 2.5 million won^^ But they said if I did stem cells, it wouldn’t be 1.5 million won, it would be 3 million won ㅠㅠ.. I was tempted because they said stem cells engraft well and are good.. I do trust this place because I had my nose done there, but it bothered me that the director seemed too busy and like he was being cursory, and also that it wasn’t stem cells. I live outside Seoul, so in the end I only managed to visit 3 places before coming back down. ㅠㅠ;; Why is Seoul so big.. Where would be good for me to do it? Please give me your opinions ^^ I’d appreciate it..
