1-week review after ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty

Finally writing my eye surgery review!! <First visit> I wanted to get it done as soon as the Chuseok holiday started, so I went around to consultations very early. I had the surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Sinsa, and it was convenient because it was near the station. It was a one-doctor clinic, so there weren’t many people coming and going(?), which was nice because it didn’t feel chaotic. <Surgery day> The consultant explained various precautions to me, and then I had a consultation with the director to finalize the line. I felt this during my first visit too, but the director speaks in such a kind and pleasant way. After checking the line, I moved straight to the operating table. I was really nervous, but it was done under sedation anesthesia, so when I opened my eyes, it was already over. After resting and coming home, I looked and, although I couldn’t tell well because of the swelling, I felt relieved that the eyes didn’t seem uneven. <Suture removal> There was quite a bit of swelling until the sutures were removed, but after they were taken out, it felt like the swelling went down quickly? Once the tape above my eyes was removed, I felt a bit more at ease. After removing the sutures, I got a swelling laser treatment, and that was it. <1-week review> Since the day after surgery, I’ve been walking for an hour every day and doing warm/cold compresses, so I think the swelling is going down well. It still has a long way to go before it looks natural, but I think the surgery went well, so I’m satisfied so far. If your eyes are similar to mine, I recommend getting a consultation at least once!

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-yet-defined look.
