I have a bit of a bulbous nose tendency, so before surgery I absolutely did not want a dramatic change (I have a conscience). I like an elegantly natural nose, but on the other hand I don’t like a huge change in my image, so I wanted exactly that elegant-natural look. elegant + natural << yeah, like that. The nasal bridge itself seemed thin, but the nostril area and nasal tip felt blunt, so I wanted to reduce the blunt look as much as possible, lift it a bit, and make it look slimmer. I heard that if ear cartilage or septal cartilage is used when raising the height to some degree, it could droop later, so I wanted to use costal cartilage from my first surgery.. But with autologous costal cartilage, I thought my ribs would hurt too much, so I wanted donated costal cartilage. One of my friends did it with autologous costal cartilage and I saw with my own eyes how much pain they were in, so I just could not do autologous costal cartilage.. lol My nasal bridge was low, so I also did silicone, and after surgery the glabella area hurt the most for me.. I don’t know about other people. But at first, because of the swelling, it looked too high, so I worried whether it would stay like that, but between 3 weeks and 1 month, the major swelling really went down well. I did warm/cold compresses roughly, and only reduced swelling by walking. I already like running, so I walked 30 minutes each morning and evening. (Running seemed like it would affect the nose, so xx) There was nothing in particular I needed to prepare, and until day 3 in the beginning, a little blood came out, so I got super startled and even called the hospital lol They said it is normal for a little blood to come out in the beginning.. I had heard that, but I had forgotten.. I thought something had gone wrong by myself.. I work at a job where I cannot rest for long, and it is a female-dominated company, plus my home is close to work, so I had surgery on Friday, rested well over the weekend, and went straight to work. Everyone came by to look once, but it was fine hehe There is still a bit of residual swelling, but I think once it goes down a little more, it will suit my face even better.
