I tried Ultherapy last year, but after a year, it felt like the sagging under my chin was coming back, so this time I had a consultation and just got liposuction. I did it in the summer, so wearing the compression band at first was a bit hot and stuffy, but after getting past that, there wasn’t anything particularly uncomfortable. Liposuction is expensive, but the effect is definitely clear. They said that even after liposuction, if you don’t manage it, fat can come back, so I think I’ll have to maintain it well on my own. At first there’s swelling so you can’t really go around, so I recommend doing it when you have enough free time.
