First of all, my original nose had a bridge that wasn’t very high, a bulbous nose with thick skin, and small nostrils. At the time, the director suggested improving my bulbous nose with silicone, ear cartilage, and tying the nasal tip cartilage. I had the surgery at a clinic in Cheongdam with a single director surgeon~ When I said back then that I wanted to shave my jaw too, he told me not to shave it, and since my front chin was slightly retruded, he suggested putting in Gore-Tex. He also said Botox alone could be effective enough for my square jaw, so I didn’t touch the bone. From what I remember, the nose was 3 million won, the front chin was 3 million won, and the Botox was a few hundred thousand won. When I had my nose surgery, the reason I didn’t even go anywhere else and went straight to that clinic was because one day I saw a friend of my friend show up after getting her eyes, nose, and breasts done, and somehow she didn’t look like she had plastic surgery at all. She looked extremely polished and luxurious, and elegance was just pouring out of her~ So I made an appointment and had surgery right away, and for 21 years since then, I have never once had any problem with my nose or chin, and I haven’t even had a nosebleed. And no one knows I had surgery lol They think my natural-born nose originally looked like this. I know there are still many people here who worry that nose surgery will definitely cause side effects someday, but I also wanted to say that it isn’t always necessarily like that. Whether it’s the nose, eyes, facial contouring, or any kind of plastic surgery, I think you need luck with plastic surgery too. And I think compatibility with the doctor is important as well! I also judged things too hastily when I was young, but thankfully I was a lucky case. The reason I want revision nose surgery now is not because I have any functional problems at all, but because of my own desire to make my bulbous nose slimmer. I’ll only know after consultations at several places, but if it can be improved further from here, I’ll get revision surgery. If the improvement would be minimal, I don’t think I’ll get nose revision surgery~ Everyone, let’s be careful when getting nose surgery~
