Accurate progress after day 20 surgery + photo removed

And even before surgery, my face was on the smaller side but a little long vertically, and I don't know how many mm they used, I just trusted the doctor and asked them not to make me too sunken ...; In the photo, today's picture doesn't close well because of something like a mouthpiece .. ; On the 20th I went in by 10 a.m. since surgery was scheduled for then, got ready, and changed clothes. I was feeling bleak about the fact that, of all days, it was the second day of my period on my surgery day, and then I went to the anesthesia room for anesthesia. When I got anesthesia, the injection stung a little and after a few seconds I seemed to fall asleep right away ..;;; And when I opened my eyes, I started coughing badly and couldn't breathe, my throat was sore, and I don't know why I was crying, but I was crying as soon as I opened my eyes ..;; They said crying makes the swelling worse, so I tried not to cry, but I was so suffocated -_- and at that time I was so miserable and in pain that I even thought it would be better if I just didn't breathe -_-..;; I don't even remember when they did it, but they put in a urinary catheter, IVs, and stuff like that, and I kept sleeping and waking up. They said the injections would make it less painful, but it hurt -_ ㅠ The first day was truly hell for me -_-... The surgery was originally supposed to take 3 to 4 hours, but mine went a little over 5 hours ㅠ On the 21st My older sister came and stayed the night, and in the early morning they put the IV back in, or so I heard. I didn't know why, but later my sister said that the IV had run out and they hadn't changed it, so blood was flowing backward ;;;; it had flowed back halfway ;; Luckily my sister woke up in the middle and woke the nurse up, which saved me ㅠ That day hurt so much too that I kept trying to force myself to sleep, thinking, let's just sleep .. I was spitting out bloody phlegm and my nose started to get a little blocked ㅠ And they said to remove the urinary catheter and walk around, so I went to the bathroom, and my mouth felt so nasty from the blood that I gargled ㅠㅠ On the 22nd It was the day I was discharged, and I hadn't really looked in a mirror until then, but when I did I was shocked ..;; The doctor and the anesthesia doctor had both said after surgery that it went well and that I was so pretty I could be a celebrity, but .. I was so surprised by how swollen my face was that I wondered how they could say that ㅠㅠ I even briefly wondered if they were just trying to comfort me because I looked so pitiful .. ㅠㅠ And my lips were swollen beyond belief and chapped ;; ㅠㅠ I was discharged in the morning, so I went home and kept using ice packs all day, and my mom bought porridge so I diluted it a lot and ate it. I thought, if I want to live, I have to eat ;; It was a bit hard when I first tried to eat something, it kept spilling .. ;; On the 23rd and 24th I lay down at home all day and ate bananas, milk, and soy milk, and used ice packs all day. My face was so hot that I felt like I had to keep using them ㅠㅠ And the lip wound got worse, so the entire lower lip peeled ;; -_ ㅠ And it bled and felt like it might burst ㅠㅠ On the 25th At the hospital, they removed the paper tape they had stuck on me instead of that bandage (the bandage itself hurt so much that my parents called the hospital, and the doctor said then to take the bandage off, so we removed it on the 23rd), and they put something like a mouthpiece in my mouth. They fixed both ends of the elastic bands, and since my nose was still blocked, having something like a mouthpiece in my mouth made it hard to open my mouth and it hurt so much and I couldn't breathe, it was a huge ordeal ... The fact that I have to stay like this for a week is so miserable ㅠㅠ When I got home, I couldn't even eat porridge anymore ;; it got caught in the mouthpiece-like thing .. ; it wouldn't go down, and even when taking medicine I look in the mirror and forcefully stretch the space between my mouth and the mouthpiece to swallow, but it's hard ; On the 26th Today, the pain seems even worse, and the swelling seems to have improved a little .. I'm starting to get used to this swollen face .. ;; My lips don't close well, and if I close them my nose gets half blocked and I can't breathe .. ;; I'm still getting nosebleeds .. is it just me ㅠㅠ At least I couldn't drink the milk I was having with bananas because milk doesn't agree with me and gives me stomachaches, so I'm drinking black soybean milk one at a time ..
