I had two facial contouring procedures (chin tip and square jaw) at The Standard of Contouring on September 8, and I am now 4 weeks post-op. My chin usually looked like a protruding jaw, so it had always been a complex for me. Every time I took photos, I was really bothered by the feeling that my chin looked like it was sticking out, and I tended to get very stressed about it. The biggest reason I chose The Standard of Contouring was the director’s principled consultation. These days, there are many places that excessively recommend procedures or surgery, but here they clearly pointed out only the parts that were truly necessary, without any of that, and clearly said no to things that were not needed, so I trusted them. Also, during the consultation process, the staff were extremely kind and considerate, so I had a good impression from my very first visit. After surgery, as expected, the swelling was the worst around day 3. After that, the swelling gradually went down, and now at 4 weeks post-op, most of the major swelling has almost completely subsided. There is still some residual swelling, but as I see it becoming more and more natural over time, I can really feel that I am recovering. More than anything, after surgery, the protruding-jaw feeling at the chin tip disappeared, and my overall facial impression became much softer. My facial balance is much better than before, and I feel much more confident when taking photos too. My recovery process so far has been smooth, and I like the results, so I am really satisfied. I’m looking forward to seeing myself look even better going forward. I recommend The Standard of Contouring!!
