Eye Re-Surgery

Can only one eye be changed from incisional to non-incisional?

When I was young and knew nothing, I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction and went ahead with incisional surgery that same day lol At the time, the director said something like my left eye was bigger, so they set the left eye line a bit lower than the right After living with these eyes for a few years, it started feeling like only the left side was getting buried under the upper eyelid skin, so for a few months I’ve been using lace double eyelid tape to make it symmetrical with the left eye But after doing that, people around me suddenly asked if I had done something because my face looked more balanced. At this point, I think a symmetrical line suits me better, so I’m thinking about revision... When I put double eyelid tape on my left eye, I keep the overall line height the same and only slightly lift the line near the inner corner and the outer tail of the eye, you know? When I remove the tape, sometimes the line stays for about an hour. So I’m looking into whether this could be done just with a suture method, but there still isn’t much information If anyone has matched symmetry with non-incisional surgery on only one side after incisional double eyelid surgery, please let me know!
