After surgery somewhere else, I had two inframammary fold lines, and I could feel and slightly see rippling in the middle of the implant. I had several correction procedures and surgeries, but it did not improve. So I had revision surgery, and while doing it I asked them to make the size a bit bigger too. The implant was done with Motiva. To prevent capsular contracture, they used ultrasound to check for things like blood pooling and drew it out with a syringe. Conclusion: very successful. I am extremely satisfied with the size, feel, and shape. All the previous side effects disappeared. It seems like it has been 8-9 years since the surgery, and I even had a baby and breastfed, but everything is fine. About 3-4 more people had surgery after seeing me.
The doctor tends to go a bit bigger, but people who insisted on going one size smaller regretted it. I recommend doing as they advise.
