As expected of a hospital that puts safety first, even though I have a hump nose, they said they would do osteotomy + use septal cartilage for the nasal tip. I saw photos of similar cases to mine, and I liked that they looked natural, but they just looked too natural. I’m aiming for a refined-but-glamorous look, so the consultation was good, but the direction seems different from mine.
