At first, I went just to get a philtrum reduction, but I ended up getting an external philtrum reduction and the mouth corners done together. Regarding the consultation, I think I understand why there is so much talk about the consultant. The doctor is also very gentle and does the surgery very well, but when it comes to scarring, I guess it can’t really be helped
