I looked for a natural nose and got a consultation because it was said to be famous. I only wanted nostril reduction and cartilage tying, but they said cartilage tying alone wasn't possible, and only cartilage repositioning + tip surgery were possible. I wanted a simple closed procedure, but closed surgery wasn't available, only open surgery.
