Real review 1 month after thigh liposuction: swelling and bio-bond care tips

<Legs before surgery><Legs 1 month after surgery>Hi! I’m back after hitting the 1-month mark after thigh liposuction haha I posted before, but I deleted the post, so I’m posting again. First of all, I’ve been extremely stressed my whole life about having a lower-heavy body type, and my lifelong wish was to try wearing short shorts and skirts. No matter how much I tried dieting, the fat on my legs just wouldn’t come off.. So after thinking about it for several years, I had liposuction a month ago. To start with the conclusion: I’m very, very, extremely satisfied. I’ve had my nose, breasts, and liposuction done, and among them, I think thigh liposuction is honestly the best cosmetic surgery I’ve ever chosen.. The circumference of the thickest part of my thighs went from 53 to 46 cm, so I lost a total of 7 cm. When I grab the inner thigh fat, there’s still more I can pinch, and I think the swelling will keep going down in the second and third months and my legs will get even thinner, so I’m waiting while managing it diligently. Also, I’m usually really strict about swelling and bio-bond care, so I’ll share what I’m doing. 1. Stretch often I follow leg swelling-reduction stretches on YouTube every day, and I also massage the bio-bond areas with a foam roller. 2. Drink lots of water and drink swelling tea I drink 2.5 liters of water a day, and for swelling tea, I drink red bean and pumpkin tea 2-3 cups a day. Since I go to the bathroom often and eliminate a lot, I feel like the swelling goes down better. 3. Take swelling-care products I’m taking pumpkin juice, One Quick, Newvein, Danggui Sushan, and Tripline. 4. Do warm compresses diligently The manual aftercare shop I go to and the hospital where I had surgery both said warm compresses are good, so I do warm compresses on my legs and knees 3 times a day for 30 minutes each. It feels warm and works well. I heard bio-bond is sensitive to heat. 5. Do lymphatic massage Three times a day, I put oil or lotion on my hands, stroke my legs, loosen the bio-bond areas, and massage them. 6. Walks Unless the weather is really bad, I’ve been walking and taking a 30-minute walk every single day since the early period after surgery. Moving around a lot is the best for reducing swelling! I do housework and try to move around busily at home too. 7. Manual aftercare shop For loosening bio-bond, I personally think paying for a professional touch is really better than home care at home. Personally, I think aftercare is essential. They say if you loosen the bio-bond, the thickness becomes slimmer and the line settles more beautifully, so since getting my stitches removed 2 weeks after surgery, I’ve been going for manual care once every week. I’ve seen many cases where people missed aftercare and the area settled unattractively, so I recommend definitely getting manual care! I like it because after getting Endermologie and one care session, the swelling and lumps seem to loosen faster. That’s it for my swelling and bio-bond care tips. For reference, my specs are 159/50, and my weight hasn’t changed from before surgery. I didn’t diet and only worked hard on the things I wrote above, but my legs are getting thinner day by day! You can ask anything you’re curious about in the comments! I’m bored at dawn, so I’m posting this.
